Literacy Tutoring Collaboration provides intensive, consistent, and systematic literacy interventions at little to no cost to schools. We partner and work with schools in Northern Virginia to provide literacy interventions during the child's school day.​​​​

Why Partner With Us?
There are approximately 33,000 students in Arlington and Fairfax Counties alone who are unable to meet grade level literacy standards, with even more in surrounding counties. While students from all demographics may fall into this category, the largest percentages are made up of students from historically marginalized groups such as Black, Hispanic, English language learners, economically disadvantaged, and those with disabilities.​

We partner directly with schools in Northern Virginia to provide highly trained literacy interventionists during the school day at little to no cost, ensuring that students who need the most support don’t fall further behind. Our data-driven approach focuses on small-group, explicit instruction—the kind of teaching proven to truly move the needle for struggling readers.​
